This kit idea started when a couple of fellow military wives saw a similar one I had created in a class taught by famed crafting designer and instructor, Tim Holtz, a few years back. I thought I'd take his inspiration and add in some unique American and Japanese flair to make this a one-of-a-kind home decor piece for the American residents here in Iwakuni. And your project will be truly unique. While everyone will get a compass, domino, key, etc., there will be different numbers, styles and letters in each kit. Plus, for those of you who like to try new things, or hone your crafting skills, we will be working with a lot of different media, from Glossy Accents adhesive and Distress Crackle Paint, to Distress ink and Glimmer Mist. Fun for crafters of all skill levels! Just leave your inner perfectionist at the door... by nature, collage appears haphazard, but still manages to be pleasing to the eye!
